I completed my 10 Week Challenge at the FXB Columbus location in May of 2012.

Through out my adult life I have exercised on and off and have been on the weight roller coaster just like most people. I would join gyms or take group exercise classes sometimes having good results and sometimes not. Regardless of results, I would eventually get bored with it and stop going. By January of 2012 I had gained back some weight, had no energy and my job was creating a lot of stress. I was ready to start trying to exercise again and lose some weight. I heard about Farrell's from a friend and I was skeptical. Was this just another exercise program that would be another short-term fix rather than a lifestyle change? In March of 2012 I joined the first 10 week challenge thinking that "it's only for ten weeks and I can do anything for ten weeks". Wow - talk about a transformation! Not only did I lose weight but I am in the best physical shape of my life. My energy level and confidence have increased and I am better able to manage stress from work and life. I believe that the key ingredient that makes the FXB program successful and that has enabled me to make a lifestyle change is the support I receive and the friendships I have made. No other gym or program have provided this which is why I have found it easy to quit those in the past.
